Established in 2008, the Anapol Schwartz Foundation assists nonprofits that serve victims and their families, and funds research and programs aimed at advancing health and safety. Funded by a portion of fees from successful cases, the Foundation has donated more than $300,000 to non-profit organizations that serve those with injuries similar to our clients.

Amputee Support

From a case involving the partial amputation of a child’s arm from a bus and truck crash, we created the Anapol Schwartz Amputee Fund at Philadelphia’s Magee Rehabilitation Hospital. The fund pays for necessary products and services that are not covered by insurance as well as for educational opportunities for amputees.

Distracted Driving

Joel Feldman, a partner at Anapol Schwartz, founded End Distracted Driving (EndDD), a program that uses a scientifically-based presentation to teach teens about the dangers of distracted driving. The program has enlisted the help of hundreds of trial lawyers to bring the presentation to schools across the country. EndDD will reach 300,000 people in 2015.

The Anapol Schwartz Foundation, along with the Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation, supports the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital. Programs include the establishment of the Magee Facility Dog program that trains dogs to support patients in their therapy and facilitate rehabilitation alongside health and human service professionals.

Programs include the establishment of a mentorship program that pairs burn survivors with burn patients in hospitals.
